"Injection mold tooling is the cornerstone of high-precision, high-efficiency manufacturing. It enables the creation of complex, consistent, and high-quality plastic parts at scale, delivering unmatched repeatability and durability. With expertly designed molds, manufacturers achieve faster cycle times, reduced waste, and superior product performance — making injection mold tooling a smart, cost-effective solution for modern production."

When it comes to injection mold tooling, we bring a high level of expertise, precision, and attention to detail to every project. With decades of experience managing the design, sourcing, and validation of complex molds, we ensure every tool meets exacting standards for performance, durability, and repeatability. Whether it's a prototype or a high-cavitation production mold, we work closely with trusted tooling partners to deliver solutions that support efficient, high-quality manufacturing from day one.

  Family Mold
•Produces multiple different parts in one cycle
•Useful for assemblies made of various components

  Hot Runner Mold
•Uses heated channels to keep plastic molten inside the mold
•Reduces material waste and improves cycle time

  Cold Runner Mold
•Uses unheated channels; sprue and runners are ejected with the part
•Lower upfront cost, but more material waste

  Insert Mold
•Inserts (metal, electronics, etc.) are placed into the mold before injection
•Combines materials into a single part

  Unscrewing Mold
•Features mechanical action to unscrew threaded parts during ejection
•Necessary for threaded components like caps or fittings

  Prototype Mold
•Simplified or soft tooling for low-volume or R&D work
•Typically made from aluminum or softer steel for quick turnaround
TYPES OF TOOLING WE PROVIDE:
  Single-Cavity Mold
•Produces one part per cycle
•Ideal for prototypes or low-volume runs

  Multi-Cavity Mold
•Produces multiple identical parts per cycle
•Increases productivity and reduces part cost
